WHAT IS CODE ZERO?

CODE ZERO is a truly unique advanced driving course being offered to the general public by the Justice Institute of BC beginning in May 2007. Named CODE ZERO due to its well-developed roots as a police driver training program, the brand new, one-of-a-kind course provides many special benefits to its participants. As well as being an extremely low-cost, short but concise, advanced driving program featuring lessons and exercises that teach many potentially life-saving skills, those taking the course are promised the "thrill of a lifetime" during the heart-pounding "Finale" (see the "Nothing like it!" page).

"We are truly excited about the public experiencing the enormous benefits of CODE ZERO" says AL Lund, director of PTEC (Pacific Traffic Education Centre, a division of the Justice Institute of BC). "For many years we have been teaching future Police Officers essential, life-saving driving skills and now we have the opportunity to pass those skills and techniques on to others. Plus," he adds, "As part of the course, participants are able to experience first-hand, the intensity of "Emergency Response".

Presently, CODE ZERO courses are only being offered in the Lower Mainland area of British Columbia, Canada (Please see our "When and Where" Page) Check our website more for more locations in the future.
